LaMatu offers a variety of coaching services, including online consultations, face-to-face conversations and an active coaching session format during a walk in the park in Amsterdam in the Netherlands. The coaching practice has been founded by Monika Matuszewska, a certified life and career coach. Monika specialises in the intersection of private and work-sphere, which makes it possible to tackle dilemmas from both personal and professional domain. LaMatu offers a variety of online and in-person coaching services, including walking sessions in Westerpark and Transformation Game events, which she regularly hosts at her coaching practice on Sunday afternoons.

Monika is an accomplished business professional, and throughout the last 16 years she had built a career in international corporate organisations including IBM, Philips, IKEA, Nikon and L’Oréal. She travelled to 58 counties, lived in 6 different European cities, and mastered 5 languages along the way. She can draw upon her business expertise, broad international experience while working with expat clients in her coaching practice in the centre of Amsterdam.

As a professionally certified coach, NLP practitioner and yoga teacher Monika can apply a holistic approach and combine different methodologies to best suit the individual needs of her clients. Her mission as a coach is to help people recognise their inner beauty and be able to appreciate the beauty of the world that we live in. Monika aims to leave each coachee inspired and empowered to design and create a life fully lived and aligned with their highest purpose.
