Kristina hosts small, calm, in person sessions in London designed for women who carry a lot internally and rarely have space to properly switch off.
Her work blends guided meditation with simple, body based practices that help release tension, settle the nervous system, and create a sense of clarity and steadiness. The focus is not on doing things perfectly, but on creating a space where women can pause, soften, and reconnect with themselves in a way that feels natural and unforced.
With a background in Japanese energy work and training in the Usui method of Reiki, Kristina’s approach is grounded, gentle, and free from overwhelm. Her sessions are designed to feel safe, supportive, and easy to engage with, even for those who are new to this type of work.
These events are intentionally small and thoughtfully run, creating an environment where women can step away from the noise of everyday life and experience a genuine shift in how they feel.
