Sunny, born and raised in Berlin, has a profound passion for dance, movement, trance, and transformation. Her artistic journey began in modern dance theater, but motherhood temporarily shifted her focus. In New York City, she started her yoga journey at OM Factory and Dharma Yoga Center, studying under Sri Dharma Mittra. Sunny offers diverse classes blending dance, yoga, somatic coaching, and breathwork. Her nurturing teaching style encourages holistic exploration of body, mind, and spirit, promoting self-discovery. Additionally, she provides massage journeys, 1:1 breathwork and coaching sessions, and microdose mentoring.
