Join us for a focused exploration into "Urban Survival - Considerations & Preparedness on Extremists/Crime Attacks," inspired by recent events. This seminar will delve into the urgent need for preparedness in urban settings, guided by Systema's philosophy of mindfulness and adaptability under stress. We will cover essential survival strategies, emphasizing situational awareness and rapid decision-making to navigate threats effectively. Participants will learn how to recognize signs of danger and employ practical self-defense tactics against armed and unarmed attacks. The session will include mental conditioning exercises to enhance calm and focus in crisis scenarios, alongside physical drills that utilize everyday urban elements for protection and escape. Engage in realistic scenario-based training to fortify your resilience and readiness for unforeseen dangers. A strong focus will be on knife attacks.
Participants: The course is open to participants from the age of 14. No previous experience is necessary.
Course location: Karl Nusser Halle , Kernerstraße 36 in 71672 Marbach am Neckar, Germany.
Training times Saturday 11 am - 5 pm and Sunday 10 am - 4 pm. There will be enough breaks. Please bring food and drinks.

Please bring training knives as well as your normal sportswear with indoor shoes.
We are pleased to have Matt Hill for this course. He began his martial arts journey in Aikido in 1989. A 5th Dan holder, he spent 2 years studying in Japan with Morihiro Saito Sensei. Since 2012 he has dedicated himself exclusively to Systema martial arts and has been running his Systema Academy in Wiltshire, UK since leaving the British Army as a Captain in the Parachute Regiment.
