Do I need to bring my own mat?

No, the studio is fully equipped for you to just relax and enjoy the practice.

Do I need to print out my ticket?

No, stating your name at the entrance door when you check-in is absolutely enough.

I am a yoga beginner. Can I still join?

Absolutely! Everyone is welcome and the class caters to different levels. I will always provide alternatives for each level and support you in your own practice.

However, attendees unable to attend may transfer their ticket to a friend by simply sending an email to hello@carinalaubscher.com containing the friend's full name.

door opening time: 7:50 PM to have enough time to arrive and get comfy.
