🎤 Meet Kianja 🎤

Born in North-East London, Kianja grew up on a rich mix of Soul, Reggae, and Jazz 🎶. Her passion for songwriting and performing ignited at just 12 years old. As a teen, she spent three years in Durban, South Africa, deepening her love for Jazz 🎷 and crafting her songwriting skills. Returning to London, she attended the prestigious Brit School, Tomorrow's Warriors, and Guildhall School of Music, all while writing and producing original tracks from her bedroom 🎹.

✨ Highlights So Far ✨

• Her debut EP ‘Glory’ earned acclaim from BBC Radio 1, Rinse FM, and 1Xtra 📻.
• Featured with Bastille and Craig David on En Vogue’s ‘Don’t Let Go’ 🌟.
• Independent releases featured on Spotify's New Music Friday and in-store playlists for M&S and Body Shop.
• 2023-2024 performances include: Cafe Koko, We Out Here Festival, Somerset House, and a personal invite by Nile Rodgers to perform at Meltdown Festival 🎤.

In 2025, Kianja drops her 4th EP, ‘Chapter 4’, diving into themes of womanhood, healing, and self-growth 🌱. Her sound blends R&B, Soul, Jazz, and Reggae, paired with heartfelt lyrics and catchy hooks.

Kianja’s music feeds both the musician in her and the little girl from North London, singing karaoke in her room 🎵✨. Don’t miss her electrifying performances and soul-stirring sound!
