According to studies, this time of the year, and due to the increased hours of sunlight and exposure to the sun, it is thought that levels of serotonin, a hormone linked to happiness, can increase, which could potentially make us feel more energetic and more open to sensuality...It is often said that spring is associated with change. This could be a good time to consider leaving behind any negative emotions or accumulated tensions suffered over the winter months. It is also a period of renewal and blossoming.I would like to take this opportunity to inform you that I will be holding a choreographic workshop on the 3rd of May, in which I will be exploring the theme of sensual dance. <blockquote>We are going to channel all this incredible energy that nature offers us into dance!In this workshop, we will have the opportunity to explore a range of dance techniques, with the aim of creating a vibrant and sensual movement in a style inspired by Beyoncé.If you'd like to join our fantastic group of wonderful women and have a fun evening, please get in touch and I'll be happy to give you more details about our meeting.
