Samhain Celebration

We invite you to gather with us in this unique ceremonial celebration of Samhain, the Celtic festival marking the transition from harvest season to the season of darkness. At this time of the year, the veil between the physical world and the spirit world is at its thinnest. We intend to create a safe and sacred ritualistic container for honoring the spirits and ancestors in our lives. Through methods gathered from shamanism and witchcraft, we call upon protection before we open for connection with other realms, with the ancestors of our lineage and with spirits, trolls and fairies of our land.

During this evening, we hold space for

𖦹 Journaling and Fire Ritual for new beginnings
𖦹 Ecstatic dance (w/nordic and celtic vibrations)
𖦹 Drum journey
𖦹 Potluck meal

What to prepare/bring:
𖦹 Wear colours to honour the season
𖦹 You may bring a costume if you like
𖦹 An object or picture for the common altar to represent an ancestor, spirit, energy or your lineage
𖦹 An offering which that entity would like (food or something from nature)
𖦹 Something to sit on (sheepskin, etc)
𖦹 Layered clothing, or a blanket up cover yourself with
𖦹 Pen + Journal
𖦹 Food for sharing, let us know if it's something that needs heating.

Doors open: 17:00
Ceremony from 17:30 to 20:30
Shared meal from 20:30 to around 21:30
