This is a circle where we Give Space To All Emotions. Time to feel into the anger through screaming, the forgiveness through tears, the joy through childlike laughter and travel to love through connection.

If you're ready to step out of your comfort zone, explore your emotions, and release what’s been bottled up, this is for you.

I don't feel angry, is this for me?

YES! You don't have to come angry in order to release bottled up anger within. I will guide you into a safety creating meditation, before we explore anger and the feeling of it in order to release it. Same for the following emotions we will explore, all under my guidance.

I am curious to try but I have no idea how it will be.

Out the comfort zone is where magic and growth happens. Trust yourself and me to lead you into this practise where you feel safe, and are able to release anger in a healthy way. Not at your partner, friend or work. It is time for us to learn how to feel anger in a healthy way.
