Rooted and Released: A Transformative Journey Through Bodywork, Breath, and Connection
This workshop offers both an experiential and educational journey, designed to deepen your connection with yourself and others. We begin with grounding exercises to help you center yourself and release tension. Through bodywork and breath practices, you’ll access stored emotions and blockages, fostering emotional release and physical awareness.
