Topic: IT security and data exchange: building blocks for responsible patient monitoring

Purpose: To create a platform for collaborative, interdisciplinary and interprofessional work on new technologies in medicine.

Participants: Up to 60 participants consisting of nurses, physicians, patient representatives, and industry representatives.

Language: Mostly German (in Workshops English if required)

Format: Hybrid (Face-to-face & online)

In the course of digitalization, new possibilities and opportunities for patient care are constantly emerging. Especially in the field of remote monitoring, the use of innovative technologies can improve patient outcomes and reduce the workload of clinicians.

The exchange between clinicians and industry is of paramount importance in shaping the future of patient monitoring. The Patient Monitoring Roundtable will provide a platform for collaborative, interdisciplinary and interprofessional work on new technologies. The goal is to work together on realistic solutions for clinical pain points in patient care.

Interactive Online Ticket: The online group starts at 17:55. After live-streaming the keynote, we’ll move into an interactive online workshop. Around 20:00, we’ll rejoin the main group to conclude the event together. Feel free to ask any questions via chat. Afterwards, you’re welcome to stay online for networking.

Zweck: Schaffung einer Plattform für kollaborative, interdisziplinäre und interprofessionelle Arbeit an neuen Technologien in der Medizin.

Teilnehmende: Bis zu 60 Teilnehmende, bestehend aus Pflegekräften, Ärzt:innen, Patientenvertreter:innen und Industrievertreter:innen.

Sprache: Primär Deutsch (in den Workshops bei Bedarf Englisch)

Im Zuge der Digitalisierung ergeben sich ständig neue Möglichkeiten und Chancen für die Patient:innenversorgung. Insbesondere im Bereich der Telemedizin kann der Einsatz innovativer Technologien die Ergebnisse für die Patient:innen verbessern und die Arbeitsbelastung der Kliniker:innen verringern.

Der Austausch zwischen Klinik und Industrie ist für die Gestaltung der Zukunft der Patient:innenüberwachung von größter Bedeutung. Der Patient Monitoring Roundtable bietet eine Plattform für die gemeinsame, interdisziplinäre und interprofessionelle Arbeit an neuen Technologien. Ziel ist es, gemeinsam an realistischen Lösungen für klinische Pain Points in der Gesundheitsversorgung zu arbeiten.

Interactive Online Ticket: Die Online-Gruppe startet um 17:55 Uhr. Nach der Live-Übertragung der Keynote folgt ein interaktiver Online-Workshop. Gegen 20:00 Uhr schließen wir uns wieder der Hauptveranstaltung an und lassen den Abend gemeinsam ausklingen. Fragen können jederzeit per Chat gestellt werden. Anschließend besteht die Möglichkeit, im Call zum Networking zu bleiben.
