This is an invitation to slow down and truly listen to yourself. Take a break from the busyness of life and connect with the inner voice that has been waiting for your attention. In this space of shared silence, we come together with openness, warmth, and care—fellow human beings interested in life and willing to learn.

Our gathering begins in the morning with a gentle, mindful yoga practice—allowing us to slow down and connect with the body, breath, and mind. Afterward, we take a short meditative walk in nature, awakening our senses. We then meet again for a meditation session, where we explore the nature of the self through a slow, meditative dialogue.

This inquiry is not about intellectual discussions or sharing accumulated knowledge but about listening to the present moment. It is an opportunity to understand the deep inner self, the nature of the ego mind, and to reconnect with the inner child within us.

Together, in silence, we listen.

Location:

I am offering the Yoga and Meditation sessions at my home: Benrather Rathaus Strasse 9, 40597 Düsseldorf. It is very close to the Benrath Schloss U-Bahn station. For the meditative walk, we will visit Benrath Schloss Park.

About the Host:

I am Navy (Navyanth). I was born and raised in India and moved to Germany eight years ago for my higher education. By profession, I am a scientist conducting research at the Max Planck Institute in Düsseldorf.

For the past couple of years, I have been practicing Yoga and Meditation and participating in meditation retreats in Europe and India. I am inspired by the teachings of Jiddu Krishnamurti. I am not a certified yoga teacher or professional—just a simple person happy to share what I have learned from my teachers and friends.

I believe it is important to learn and share the art of listening and observation to bring peace within ourselves and to this beautiful planet we all share.

  • Please bring your Yoga mat
  • After the meditation session, at 12:00 we can go together to a nearby market to have a pizza (Optional).
  • You do not need any previous experience in Yoga or meditation, just come with an open heart.
  • We will communicate in English. I understand German, but speaking it might be a little difficult. However, we can still try and connect with each other. Don't worry about the language! :)
