Meet Your Flow with Sarah at the evolve nest

We will get into the flow of our bodies by exploring different techniques from the world of massage, movement, breathing, partner work, acrobatics, dance and improvisation. What does flow mean? What does it mean for you to move others? Does movement only happen visibly from the outside? How much strength do I need for my movements?The topic of moving massage, movement and partner work will play a major role.

The masterclass is for all bodies who want to get more into their flow, physically and mentally, increase their movement practice, language and range and simply want to learn something new and share it with others.

We will playfully put together all the techniques we learn at the beginning and go into an improvisation at the end, alone and with tactile help from another person. You can get into your own rhythm and move and let yourself move as you feel comfortable!

- All levels and movement backgrounds are welcome.

- Wear comfortable clothes.

- Please arrive 10 minutes before the start. The entrance is in the SEZ at Landsberger Allee 77, opposite the tram stop “Landsberger Allee/Petersburger Str.” through the wooden gate.
