Tilo Hühn will be a guest speaker on "Exponential Food Technology" as part of the Life Science Engineering Department's seminar series in collaboration with the student initiative Future Foods and the TUM Cellular Agriculture professorship. He is a recognised expert at the Centre for Food Composition and Process Design at the ZHAW School of Life Sciences and Facility Management. His work focuses on the design and optimisation of food processes, in particular the exploration of innovative technologies and their potential to transform the food industry. The lecture will provide an opportunity to gain a deeper insight into the latest developments and challenges in food technology and to understand how exponential technologies could shape the future of food production. Students and interested parties are invited to attend and learn about the latest trends in the food technology industry.
