Kundalini Activation is a direct energy transmission that activates the process of kundalini awakening. In a session, spontaneous movements can and do arise. Some consider it a cathartic experience or something that gives them deep insights or realizations. But these are just some of the side effects that can and do happen.
A profound rewiring of the brain structure and central nervous system happens with continued exposure. Every “symptom” or sign of a kundalini awakening, from the earliest signs to the later end manifestations, is seen regularly in participants.

- Ideally, don't eat (or eat lightly) within 3 hours leading up to the session
- Bring a water bottle
- A yoga mat will be provided
- Health Considerations: KA is not recommended for individuals suffering from mania, delusions, psychosis, or epilepsy. Additionally, pregnant women in their last trimester should wait until after birth to participate. If any of these conditions apply to you, please be honest with yourself and others and refrain from attending this session.
