A 200-year-old gorgeous manor house nestled in the picturesque landscape of Mecklenburg Vorpommern awaits us to gather for 4 days and 3 nights of deep relaxation and inner exploration.
Delve deep into your yoga practice and replenish your body, mind, and spirit. Under the guidance of two seasoned yoga instructors, embark on a journey of self-discovery through a thoughtfully curated blend of invigorating Vinyasa flows and soothing Yin Yoga sessions. Engage in meditation, guided relaxation, pranayama (breath work)and sound healing, all designed to leave you feeling grounded, centered, and profoundly connected.
The retreat is open to all yoga levels and will be held in English (unless all participants speak German).
What is included in the price:
- 1x 90 minute gentle flow yoga and mediation (arrival evening)
- 3x 90 minute morning yoga: dynamic flow
- 3x 45 minute early morning breathwork + meditation
- 2x 90 min afternoon yoga: workshop, yin yoga & yoga nidra
- 3 nights accommodation in twin, double or triple room
- 3 healthy organic vegan / vegetarian meals per day (breakfast/lunch/dinner)
