What participants experienced:

Verena S. :
"Still deeply relaxed after the wonderful Breathwork Journey yesterday. Thank you so much for this beautiful and safe space 🤍."

Elena N. :
"Through the Breathwork session, I felt completely alive, energized, and so full of joy flowing through my entire body. At the same time, Dani radiates an inner calm that allows me to reach a state of deep relaxation—something I usually struggle to find in meditation. This helps me stay more connected to myself in daily life, listen to my needs, and act accordingly. For me, it’s a gentle way to gradually bring more joy into my life."

Marrie D. :
"From the very start, Dani made me feel completely at ease. With a brief introduction to the flow of the session, he addressed any concerns or uncertainties we might have had. Throughout the session, Dani guided us with just the right balance—not too few, but not too many words—and his calm, positive presence created a wonderfully comfortable atmosphere. I can only recommend it to everyone 😊"

Lucija G. :
"Dani created a safe space and guided us through the session.
I felt comfortable throughout and was able to find wonderful peace.
The moments of holding my breath felt especially good for me.
I would recommend everyone to try it."

Jürgen P. :

"My first Breathwork session was a truly impressive experience. Dani skillfully guided us with a warm, calming tone throughout the session, allowing me to fully engage with the exercises. After this intense breathwork, I felt deeply relaxed and in a great mood. Thank you for this wonderful experience! Jürgen"

What we will do

Introduction [5 min]:
We meet in a circle, grounding ourselves to go within and begin the journey of awareness. After a gentle introduction to the breathing technique and some insights on what to expect, we're ready to start breathing together.

Breathing [40 min]:
As you lie comfortably on your mat, you’ll be guided, breath by breath, through this journey, with music setting the mood. Simple, right? Each breath will make your thoughts get quieter and lead you deeper in your space of inner calmness, where there self-doubts will be turned completely off. Along the way, we’ll practice three breath holds, where the magic truly unfolds, making you flow with ease and feel deep gratitude.

Meditation [10 min]:
We return to natural breathing through the nose, moving into a short, guided meditation. Here, you’ll settle deeply into yourself. Enjoy this state of calm and simply oberserve without judging.

Integration [10 min]:
Coming back together in our circle, we create an open space. You’re welcome share your journey and what you have experienced, if it feels right for you.

Why I practice and share the magic of Breathwork.

My life so far followed a predetermined path: school, university, job. Entering the professional world brought me joy—the colleagues were friendly, and the tasks were varied. But over time, everything changed.

My days began and ended the same, filled with routines of self-optimization. My everyday life was a blend of stress and boredom, which drained me internally. I felt numb, empty and paralyzed by my self-doubts.

When, after achieving all your goals, does the moment come when you can truly enjoy life? This question remained unanswered.

Inspired by the images on social media, I traveled with my wife to Bali, Vietnam, and Peru. I loved these experiences, but as soon as I returned home, I sank even deeper into inner emptiness. Often, I toyed with the idea of moving abroad, but the thought of leaving my friends and family held me back.

An unfortunate basketball injury three years ago and a failed nose surgery eventually led me to the path of breathing. For a week, I couldn’t breathe through my nose and felt terrible. After the emergency surgery, I came across the book "Breath" by James Nestor, which first introduced me to Breathwork.

Breathwork enabled me to access a space of inner calmness that I have never experienced before where I could perceive myself on a deeper level - fast & only by breathing. The constant noise of expectations, social comparisons, and limiting beliefs faded away. In this space, I discovered another piece of my self-confidence each day. My life began to change for the better.

My wife and I celebrated a vegan wedding despite significant resistance from our families. My inner emptiness was filled with intrinsic motivation, manifesting through activities like playing the Handpan, learning Spanish, and practicing yoga. Instead of feeling numb, empty and paralyzed, I can now experience life again with ease and gratitude.

These profound changes inspired me to share my experiences and techniques with others, helping them achieve a fulfilling life. With EnjoyBreathing, I want to be there for you, to overcome the numbness and emptiness within you together, so you can feel deep gratitude and enjoy life breath by breath.
