Ready to start your own business, but looking for a little support?

In this recurring, introductory online session, we will confront some of the basic anxieties expats often have when thinking about starting a business in Germany. We will cover the difference between freelancing and self-employment, the process of getting a tax ID number or registering a trade, how to write an invoice and some general information about what VAT is and how it affects your business. We will also briefly touch on scary subjects like health and pension insurance.
