Over 11 million people displaced, entire communities uprooted, lives suspended. Forgotten Voices brings us into the stark reality of Sudan’s ongoing war, a conflict that the world has largely chosen to overlook.
Through firsthand accounts and unflinching footage, the film reveals testimonies of war, the recalling of the hopes of the 2019 revolution, and the daily challenges of being displaced, often several times over. It speaks of losing home, adjusting in new places and countries.
At its heart, Forgotten Voices is a call to bear witness—to acknowledge a crisis that has been sidelined for too long and to honor, advocate and organize in support of those enduring it.
