Hey you, my name is Carla and I am a Life Coach, Breathwork Healer and Soul Vision Mentor.  I believe in expanding our consciousness through Self Liberation of past pain and stuck emotions. I support others in getting clarity on their life vision and selfhealing the subconscious blockages that stand in the way. I believe that the key to happiness and success is the ability to express all of you authentically and freely. To speak your truth, to own your gifts and to walk your unqiue path. It took me many detours and learning experiences (from management consultant to startup founder) to find my most authentic path and the courage to acutally walk it. I have taken the most transformative tools from my various coaching & healing educations (ICF, Mental Coaching, Hypnosis, NLP, Breathwork) to form a holsitc integrative approach to hold the best possible space for your growth. From Noise to Knowing: A Circle for Finding Your True DirectionDynamic Healing is a somatic Coaching &amp; Breathwork Method that adresses the four levels of the self - the physical, the mental, the emotional and the physical body. I will guide you through a multi-layer process to connect deeply with yourself, feel your feelings, release blocks and find answers within. The theme of this workshop is about finding clarity on your path. You can bring in your topic around professional fullfillment or relationships, where you seek direction and new energy to take aligned action. Why BreathworkIn our daily lives, we rarely take time to process our emotions. We analyze, we overthink, we repress, we cope. This causes a disconnect to our conscious self - we lack feeling present and grounded. We create recurring patterns in our life over and over again, because the emotions we are repressing are a reflection of past pain that wants to be liberated. How do we liberate this stuck energy in our body? Through feeling it again and releasing it.In my own healing journey, this breathwork technique I am teaching today has been the most powerful tool to move from my head into my body to process my emotions. Breathwork is an ancient gateway to connect to your subconscious and get energy into motion. The breath can work imaginable ways and can sometimes lead to full catharsis, and sometimes all one experiences is deep relaxation and bliss. Come with an open heart and the willingness to surrender to your breath.The only requirement is that you come with an openness and willingness to breathe deeply.That being said it’s also important to feel safe in your own body and in your own experience. If you are currently working through major trauma, or a serious illness, or taking antipsychotic or other strong medication I would recommend you get approval from your doctor first. This is also the same if you are currently pregnant. I am not a doctor and when you purchase a ticket you are confirming that you are mentally and physically stable and able to do so. Participation does not replace any therapeutic or conventional medical treatment and is generally at your own risk.What to bring<ul><li>yoga mat / blanket (got some extra ones in case you don't have one, pop me an email)</li><li>water bottle</li><li>loose clothing</li><li>something to cover your eyes</li><li>a journal/piece of paper</li><li>a pen</li><li>avoid eating anything heavy 2 hours before</li></ul>Energy ExchangeThe event is 20 euros (which includes all tax and fees).
