<h2>What is the Global Service Jam? </h2><p>The service jam is an open event which brings together creative people to collaborate, create and prototype new services. During three days, participants engage with service design methodologies and design thinking approaches to tackle challenges inspired by a secret topic. Under the motto &quot;less talking, more doing,&quot; we will engage in learning and co-creating experiences that lead to tangible outcomes after only 48 hours. <em>Our secret sauce?
