What makes your workshops different?

This isn’t just craft—it’s storytelling. Our founder still trains and works in heritage print communities in India and beyond. Lizane brings over two decades of experience in visual research, journalism, sustainable design, and textile arts.

What will I learn in the workshop?

You’ll learn the foundations of block printing using traditional hand-carved woodblocks, heritage techniques, and sustainable materials. We’ll explore print layering, creative composition, and working eco-friendly inks on textiles.

Do I need any prior experience?

Accepted Answer

Not at all! Our workshops are open to everyone—from curious beginners to experienced artists and designers. Each session is guided, with much room for experimentation, exploration and personal expression.

Can I bring my own fabric or item to print on?

Accepted Answer

Sure! We love it when participants bring garments or old textiles to upcycle. Please ensure the fabric is 100% cotton or natural fibre and pre-washed. If in doubt, ask before the session.

What do I take home with me?

Accepted Answer

Each participant leaves with their #Flow test print collection. Our test print sessions are a hit.  You can choose any product form our "Craft Your Art" line and you also have access to our RE-CREATE collection.

Do you offer private sessions or group bookings?

Yes! We offer one-on-one studio sessions at Atelier Maya, we offer private event experiences and custom bookings for team-building or celebrations. Reach out to us directly for details.

Do you offer small business consultation for crafters, artists and designers.

Yes, I do. As a creative director, storyteller, and hands-on designer, I understand the unique challenges and joys of building a sustainable, values-led creative business.
