We will gather for the Autumn Equinox, which marks the point when we move into the darker months of the year. A time of introspection and preparation to dive deeper inside.

By landing in our bodies we allow intuitive moments to express our internal states.

Ceremonial Cacao supports us in reawakening our feminine essence and guides us into our bodies and hearts. This heart-opening medicine will awaken your senses and deepen your connection to yourself and others.

From this open and receptive space, we will move into an intuitive movement practice and dance to let our bodies lead the way and express.

We will integrate the experience with a guided visualization to transition into the new season.

Expect a nurturing ritual that allows openness, exploration, and sensuality.

Jil is a Hypnosis Coach, ceremonialist and Breathwork facilitator from Berlin. She’s offering spaces of transformation in one-on-one and group settings. She loves gathering women and creating spaces where everyone feels free to uncover and express their most authentic selves. Her circles are influenced by her own experiences and practices using hypnosis, breathwork, and ceremonial cacao. Practices that allow us to land deeper within ourselves and align with our female, cyclic nature.
